In October 2007 the 15th Locksafe medic system was delivered and installed for the Dutch Mediveen Group. Medicine for Mediveen's customers are deposited in the Locksafe lockers. The customer gets a short message with a pick-up PIN number sent to his mobile phone informing him that his medicine has been deposited in a locker ready for pick-up. By typing in this PIN-number at the automated system, the customer can pick-up his goods at any time.
In some pharmacies we have furthermore mounted a counter element with pass-through and intercom system next to the locker system. Thus the customer can get personal advice from the pharmacist at night. Theses systems were also delivered by us.
However, even for the distributors there is a special service at the Mediveen Apotheek Sommelsdijk for example. Here a parcel lock ("incoming module") of our mother company SITEC was installed in the pharmacy's entrance area which enables to deliver urgent medicine all-around-the-clock, independent of opening times.
Another 10 of these systems were delivered in 2008.
