Pick-up station - handover processes around the clock
SmartTerminal is an electronically controlled locker system designed for the unattended handover of important documents, identification papers, car licence plates, ID cards, driving licences as well as internal documents and keys. It is used as an intelligent handover station for digitalisation of administrative processes at offices and authorities within the framework of e-government, as an extension of citizen services through a time-independent pick-up option for documents and passports, or also for internal company handover processes. Due to the multi-carrier function, the lockers can be used by several authenticated employees at the same time. Highly sensitive data is protected by intelligent security technology - SmartTerminal. SmartTerminal product details
Compartment housing, user station and locker doors are made of 1.5 mm thick galvanized steel. The locker system can be adjusted indoors as well as outdoors.
SmartTerminal equipment
- The SmartTerminal compartments can be optionally equipped with power connectors (Locktec Power Charger) for charging mobile devices such as cell phones, laptops, batteries and the like.
- Another equipment option is a drawstring for leaning on doors.
- The pickup stations are available in different colors - of course also in special colors and your personal CI design.
- The user station consists of a PC and touch screen with multilingual, intuitive user interface and is available integrated as well as separately.
- Opening and closing mechanism options: electronic lock, rfid locker, fingerprint lock, pin code lock with touchpad, lock with barcode scanner.
